PROCESSING: After payment is cleared, your purchase will begin preparation for delivery or shipment. Items are cleaned, packaged and handled with care. I do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. 

ESTIMATED RATES & DELIVERY: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel services. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and be able to see estimated delivery dates.

SHIPPING SERVICE NOTES: All buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. If a package is returned or the incorrect address was entered at checkout, you are responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped. 

Additionally, returned or undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received, so the transit time depends on your final shipping location and is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

Little Lisa Big Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
